I spent a decade working at Cath Kidston. My role was to inspire the team with ideas. My passion for vintage was a huge part of my job and Cath trusted my taste. I regularly visited antique fairs such as Portobello and Kempton to find new treasures. I loved to story board ideas for new seasons with all my finds. From there I would Prototype fun 3D ideas for kids, working on embroideries for fashion and home to enhance the collection. I would work on many other projects with Cath during my time, from Best selling books, VM design at Chelsea flower show and the Japan rose show, working on the Cath Kidston tour, royal blankets, video tutorials, the list is endless. One thing I can say was my job was not boring and I loved every bit of it, especially having had the pleasure of working with Cath herself during this time.
